Mr. Gayner has over 20 years of accident reconstruction experience with approximately 1000 cases. He has testified more than 150 times as an expert witness throughout California and the United States. Mr. Gayner holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara (1988).

Typical case retention includes: accident report & document review, vehicle & scene inspections, photographic documentation, reconstruction analysis, discovery assistance & review, exhibit preparation, deposition & trial testimony.

Rates:
$225/hour for case work
$325/hour for testimony
