Carlos A.G. Vigon provides services as a real estate advisor and expert witness related to the buying, selling, brokerage, financing, marketing and developing of commercial and residential projects as well as Tenant in Common investments.
Mr. Vigon has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience in syndications, acquisitions, brokerage, development and asset management for commercial and multifamily and land development projects, and is a licensed California real estate broker. In addition to directing more than 500 real estate sales transactions and managing institutional size projects, he has experience in TIC investment sponsorship, value-added repositioning, LLC structured investment syndication, land development, ground-up development, foreclosure investment and property management.
Mr. Vigon is the President and CEO of Wilshire Holdings LLC which he founded 2000. He is responsible for Wilshire Holdings LLC’s daily business operations and acquisitions, including operation and management of its real estate portfolio.
Carlos has a Bachelor of Science Degree from UCLA and is an active board member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
