Dr. Rosen is a clinical and forensic psychologist with over 30 yrs of experience in testifying on various criminal and civil psychological issues, including over a hundred capital murder cases. He has served as the adminstrator of a psychiatric inpatient unit and a city and county jail. Dr. Rosen has testified in numerous industrial and marine accident cases, post-traumatic stress injuries, custody issues and the like. He serves as current President of the Alabama Psychological Association.
