Mr. C. Matthew. Curtin

Established in 2000, Interhack Forensic Computing serves the legal system by finding facts through collection and analysis of electronic information. Our clients include both plaintiffs and defense firms, giving us experience that allows us to help attorneys understand what opposing counsel is most likely hearing from its technical experts. Our work has been at the cutting edge of the intersection of law and technology. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit relied on our analysis and expert opinion when it established standards for application of Federal wiretap statutes to Web technology. Academic references to our work include The Stanford Law Review and university law courses throughout the United States. Services we provide support adjudication from routine electronic discovery and data recovery through forensic analysis and expert testimony for the court on technical matters.
