I am a land surveyor licensed in NJ, PA and NY. I have over 45 years experience in all phases of surveying, covering construction through title. I am an instructor and lecturer throughout the United States on legal issues in surveying and GPS. I am located in central New Jersey and was the president of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors (fellow member), the International Right of Way Association (President NJ chapter) and am a Fellow of the National Society of Professional Land Surveyors (ACSM). I served 5 years as a Governer's Appointed member of the NJ State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (1 year as President), and 10 years with the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
