Bruce Abramson’s expertise cuts across the law and economics of technology, with a particular emphasis on the Internet, software, and the still-emerging world of digital content. Both his consulting practice and his research center on understanding the global transition from industrial age to information age. As a consultant, he helps his clients navigate complex litigation or regulatory hurdles, value portfolios of intellectual property and other intangible assets, and execute successful launch strategies and growth plans. As a researcher, he explores the public policies and business models that we will need to rethink as the information age unfolds.
