BROOKS RUGEMER – Commercial Trucking Specialist
Brooks compiled more than 1.5 million safe miles as a CDL-A driver throughout the Northeast and Canada over 13 years. After his driving career, he undertook positions with several regional roadway operations focused on training and safety.
Some of the firms for which Brooks has worked include Gainey Transportation Services, Hahn Transportation, Consolidated Freightways and JB Hunt Transport. He’s been in charge of just about every aspect of the trucking industry, from scheduling and dispatching to overseeing DOT and OSHA compliance to managing an entire fleet of drivers.
Brooks has received special training from the DOT Transportation Safety Institute as well as OSHA training from West Virginia University.
