With nearly 15 years experience, Brooks understands all aspects of the commercial trucking industry. He has been involved with trucking, warehousing, and logistics and in a wide array of management positions within the industry. He is a former Safety and Rick Manager with 1.5 million accident free miles as a professional tractor-trailer driver. Brooks has also received extensive training in DOT and OSHA regulations.
Brooks’ comprehensive trucking expertise includes logistical ranging from DOT and OSHA compliance, forklift and loading dock incidents, load securement and improper loading-unloading to cargo damage and theft claims. He also regularly investigates driver actions, CDL driver hiring and training standards, driver logbooks, and driver fatigue. His specialized expertise in trucking and warehousing related accidents and injuries comes from his experience investigating incidents for several of the largest trucking firms in the nation.
