Over the past 30 years Dr. Heller has served as a hospital and managed care senior executive and has developed and directed various types of hospital and non-hospital based joint ventures with physicians. He was most recently President of the Mercy Hospital System, Toledo, OH, Physician Hospital Organization. He currently maintains a national consulting and expert witness practice in health insurance and managed care; physician credentialing and management and hospital administration. He has testified in numerous depositions, hearings, arbitrations and civil proceedings.
