Mr. Holmes provides consulting and expert testimony in the area of employment practices, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, age discrimination, promotion policy, personnel investigations and negligent hiring. He has over 25 years experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, service, distribution, transportation, banking, professional services corporations, and municipal government. He is an excellent public speaker and former elected public official. He is court qualified in both California and federal courts.
Bob is on the Board of Directors of the Forensic Consultants Assoc. of Orange County (FCAOC) where he serves as Program Chairman. He is also a founding Director of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Forensic Consultants Association.
