Introduction

Ms. De Lima provides expert testimony regarding the HR aspects of employment regulation compliance, litigation, and vocational rehabilitation, and has assisted corporate, non-profit, and governmental clients with HR policy development and implementation for over 30 years on a national, statewide, and local level with an office now in Chicago. Ms. De Lima is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-CA) and was appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel. She is a Certified Mediator, U.C. Berkeley, Extension Program and has been appointed to the Amador County Superior Court Mediation Panel.
