Certified in Federal Court and California State Court as an expert witness in computer crime and computer forensic analysis, Jon Berryhill has led hundreds of computer forensic investigations for law firms, major corporations, small business, law enforcement agencies, and the USAF. He is well-known and widely respected in the computer forensics industry as one of the true pioneers of electronic file retrieval and computer forensic analysis. He worked extensively with the California Department of Justice Advanced Training Center, as instructor and curriculum developer for certified computer crime investigations courses. He has worked as both the lead investigative agent and in support roles in a wide variety of cases including intellectual property, contracts, patents, estates, fraud, homicide, theft, drugs, child pornography and counter-intelligence.
