Mr. Closson has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy with extensive post graduate work in several engineering disciplines. He has over 20 years of engineering, practical and managerial experience with cranes, rigging, aerial devices and forklift equipment and the design, planning and execution of their safe operation.

Mr. Closson is Vice President of Safety Codes and Standards for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Vice-Chairman of the ANSI B30 Committee on Cranes and Rigging and has been recognized by Federal OSHA, California OSHA, Washington OSHA and Nevada OSHA as qualified to inspect and certify lifting equipment and recognized by Nevada OSHA as qualified to train crane operators.
