For over 30 years, Tony has been involved in the design, construction, and safety of all types of buildings: commercial, institutional, and residential. Tony has comprehensive expertise in code compliance, building performance, premises liability, professional liability, and construction documents. He has specialized understanding in the design of places of assembly, such as stadiums and concert halls, as well as building preservation/renovation.
Tony investigates issues regarding egress and walkway safety, hazard identifications, sight lines, and applicable codes as well as evaluating cost and change order issues.
He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a registered architect in Pennsylvania. Tony is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
