Annette has over 30 years’ experience as a dietetic practitioner. In 1987 she was awarded the Outstanding Service Award from the American Dietetic Association. For the past 15 years, Annette has practiced in long-term care as a consultant dietitian. She has written and published extensively for the long-term care industry. These publications include clinical handbooks, home study courses and quick reference guides, and are distributed nationally by multiple distributors, including the American Health Care Association. Since 1991, Annette has spoken to health care professionals in over 40 states. In December of 2004, she attended a seminar titled, “Expert Testimony in Litigation.” She has served as an expert witness in cases involving long-term care.
