He has extensive experience as an expert in federal and state courts. His experience includes environmental liability analysis, Superfund cost allocation, remedial investigation, design and implementation at over 300 sites worldwide. He routinely performs technical/regulatory analyses, cost allocations, insurance coverage analyses, standard of care, environmental litigation support, hazardous materials management, chemical fingerprinting, and fate and transport analyses.
