Dr Alan Rose is an internationally recognized expert in cardiovascular pathology. He is Board certified in Anatomic Pathology and is qualified MD, FRCPath, FACC. He is Director of the Autopsy Service and Director of the Residency and Fellowship Program and the Medical School Pathology Teaching program at the University of Minnesota and its Medical Center Hospital. He is Director of Cardiovascular Pathology at the University of Minnesota Hospital-Fairview. He has published a book on the Pathology of Heart Valve replacement and over 200 papers in peer reviewed journals. Presently completing an Atlas of Gross Pathology to be published July 2007.
